Only a few miles from downtown South Haven and 2 miles from the State Park. It is situated on a 1/2 acre lot with large partially fenced yard with child's playhouse and swings, large deck and patio with firepit. Just a short walk you will find the private neighborhood access to the lake with several landings and benches to relax and enjoy the view as you walk down to the beach.
This newly renovated beachfront cottage home boasts a large 1,500 square foot living space, including 3 sitting rooms, kitchen and dining area, with double sided fireplace to enjoy from 2 rooms, and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom with king bed and private bath, queen bedroom and a full/twin bunk room. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, bath, rec room, and laundry.Sleeps 14 comfortably. |
