Parkview Cottages are a perfect choice when planning your Ludington vacation. Located just 1/2 block from Lake Michigan and Ludington's city beach known as Stearns Park. The Lighthouse is just a short walk, with mini golf and shuffleboard along the way. Offering the ideal Ludington Lodging location only a few blocks from the downtown area, restaurants, quaint shops, movie theater, Ludington Carferry Service, Municipal Marina, Harborview Marina and the public boat launch. Tennis courts and ball diamonds are both within a half block. A five minute ride from Ludington State Park, golf courses and the local charter fishing docks.
The cottages at Parkview were built in 1937 and have been meticulously maintained retaining the original knotty pine interiors and fieldstone fireplaces. The cottages are furnished with everything you will need on your vacation, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV with DVD players, all linens and towels, accommodating 2-5 people and all arranged in a beautifully landscaped area. Each cottage has off street parking for your vehicle and boat parking is available if requested in advance. The large shady deck has plenty of outdoor furniture and gas grills to enjoy a picnic, a good book, or just a relaxing break.

Cottage #1
Cozy efficiency cottage, attractively decorated, and up to date retaining the original knotty pine interior and field-stone fireplace. The kitchen and bath were remodeled in 2007, with all new appliances, dishes, pots and pans. A queen bed and a pull out single bed will comfortably sleep 3 people. A love-seat, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD, and all linens and towels are also furnished.
Cottage #2
Knotty pine interior and field-stone fireplace give this cottage a quaint and comfortable atmosphere. With sleeping for 5, the main room holds a queen size bed, roll-away, love-seat and television with DVD player. An alcove holds 2 single beds with curtains that pull across for privacy. The kitchen, also in an alcove, is fully equipped. All linens and towels are included.
Cottage #3
Nautical touches combined with the knotty pine interior and field-stone fireplace make this cottage unique. There is a full size bed in the main room with a love-seat, dining table and chairs, television and DVD player. An alcove hold tables a trundle bed which can be used as two single beds or converted to a double with curtains for privacy. The kitchen is complete with everthing you could possibly need including all new appliances and furnishings. The bath has a new tile shower, towels and linens are included.

A very cozy cottage with a large queen size bed in the main living area, a loveseat, table, chairs, TV,DVD, and hydraingia theme make this one of our most requested cottages. The alcove holds 2 singles with curtains
that provide privacy for both. The kitchen has stovetop, toaster oven, microwave all dishes, utensils, pots and pans all located in an alcove. The knotty pine interior and fieldstone fireplace make this a cottage for all seasons.

Cottage #5
This cottage is decorated in a manner unique to Ludington, the combination of the Ludington Car Ferry and Lighthouses give it a local touch. The knotty pine interior and field-stone fireplace are accented by the original wood flooring. The main room holds a queen bed with a separate alcove for the daybed (two single beds) with curtains for privacy. A full kitchen, bathroom with tile shower, television and all linens and towels are included.

A relaxing woodsy decor with knotty pine walls and field-stone fireplace. The double bed is in the main room along with a love-seat, TV/DVD and dining table with chairs. An alcove holds a trundle bed which may be used as a double or two single beds with curtains for privacy. The new kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, all linens and towels are included. This cottage faces the courtyard area where the deck and grills are located.
