Tower I includes the 5-story centerpiece which houses the lobby, fitness center, rooftop landscaped deck, and spectacular year-round water amenities... three swimming pools and spas, a fun kids' pool, and TWO lazy rivers.
Other features include a full-service restaurant, lounge and poolside grill. The Avista Resort now has High-Speed Internet in each condo. Non-smoking accommodations are available.
