"The Sailfish"
With a queen size bed and covered palapa-style patio, the Sailfish features tropical furnishings throughout...and the sound of waves just steps from your front door. Kitchenette includes range, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
Perfect for Two:
Step out and you're on the sand, beneath an island style thatched roof. The Sailfish patio is a great place to sip morning coffee, or enjoy a cool afternoon drink by the bay.
"The Dolphin"
With a queen size bed and two sleeper sofas, the Dolphin features a completely screened patio area. Just steps from the beach! Roomy and private.
Comfortable for Four:
Bring the kids! The Dolphin has a well- equipped kitchenette with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker.
“The Captain’s Unit”
One bedroom with king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, small kitchenette, living room with fold out futon bed. Ideal for a couple but you can take a small kid if you must.
“The Owner’s Unit”
A fully furnished 2-bedroom unit with full kitchen and open porch. A queen bed in one bedroom, a queen loft bed and single bed in second bedroom. Ideal for a couple with 1 to 3 kids.
Each of our units has color cable television, though they're rarely used! And all of them are a great place to relax at the end of a day filled with sailing, diving, snorkeling or any of the dozens of activities that make the Keys a true tropical paradise. Everything is close to the Key Lime Sailing Club!

Our rates vary by season, so call or mail us for information. Plan ahead! Prime dates are reserved early by returning guests who KNOW what a great deal we offer
Rates: (3 to 5 Day Minimum Rental)
Rate starts at:
Off-Peak rate: $120.00 per night plus 11.5% tax.
A one-time cleaning fee of $50.00 applies to every rental.
Peak Rate (Special Holidays and Events): $150.00 per night plus 11.5% tax.
Also, a $50.00 cleaning fee as above.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $500.00 is required to book/hold your reservation. The deposit is not part of the rent, but will be held for security purposes. The deposit may be applied toward the rent at the time of check in, solely at the discretion of Key Lime Sailing Club.

If you're an experienced sailor we invite you to use one of our own sailboats at no additional charge. There's no better way to relax and enjoy the Keys!
Sailing is What We're All About!
Our 22 foot Catalina or O'Day single-masted sailboats are perfect for cruising the calm waters of Florida Bay. Just grab your cooler, walk to our dock (left) and point the bow into the horizon. Explore the Keys in style! Leave and return when you like...after all, you don't want to be tied to any schedule when you're on vacation.
And if sailing isn't for you, try our canoe or rowboat, or even one of the floats we make available to our guests at the dock. The point is: take to the water! It's the Keys way of life!
Even relatively new sailors can enjoy the Bay in one of our easy-handling day cruisers. It's great family fun, and a big part of the reason Key Lime Sailing Club remains so popular with our guests. Find out for yourself!

1. What a wonderful family vacation! The sailing past whaleback key was exceptional. We met a pod of dolphins (4-5) near nest keys and they escorted us in around the camping area on the westward side. The abure blue water was a delight. We sailed the oday 22 with a family of six…thanks Francis.
x Sunsets at the tiki hut with daquiri’s completed perfect days on the water.
x If you want fresh water cool-down visit the Jacobs Aquatic Center… Our youngest family members loved their pool and pirale ship water park.
x Seafood at pilot house is not to be missed. Breakfast at DJ’s good too!
x Morning walks starting at the community park are a great plus, strolling back thru the quiet streets.
x Pennekaup park is an inexpensive treat!

2. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Petria, Francis and Mia for being such wonderful hosts. This is a unique and fabulous place so good we’re tempted not to tell anyone else! Good good, nice people and a ceiling not to be messed. While we love home it was so nice to be sailing mid April note we’ll be motivated to paint the bottom of the boat and do some deck work. We cant wait to come back.
