Escape to this beautiful villa, custom-built in September of 2005. This home is tastefully decorated with HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE to take advantage of a spacious open floor plan. It has cathedral ceilings, intricate architectural details, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout the living and dining areas, private enclosed pool with waterfall, outdoor shower and pool bath. Enjoy free passes to Delnor-Wiggins State Park for entry & parking at the beach.
The master suite has a king four poster bed, large walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and designer tiles, and sliders to enclosed pool area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The den has a queen sofa sleeper. Generous drawer and closet space can accommodate visits of a week or a few months. There is a fully equipped kitchen. All towels, beach towels, linens, hair drier in each bathroom, and toiletries are provided. There are two bicycles available for your use. Brand new portable crib is also provided.
