Fully furnished and professionally decorated luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the golf course at Schuss. Enjoy relaxing on the expansive deck with a perfect view of the 1st green and 2nd tee box on Schuss Golf Course. This unit has it all with a 42 inch plasma HDTV with DVD/VCR included. Full Kitchen, gas fireplace, central air and full new washer & dryer. This unit is practically brand new with all new furnishings and appliances. Queen 16 inch pillowtop mattress in the master with private bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom there is a new sturdy bunk bed with a double on the lower bunk. Also a leather sleeper sofa. No pets and no smoking.
Walk out your door and enjoy watching golfers play the 1st hole or put your skis on and go cross-country skiing. A very short 2 minute walk to the 1st tee, proshop or driving range. A 5 minute walk to the to ski hill. Bike trails and nature walks abound. Very comfortable setting in a nice safe beautiful location on the first floor. Your swimming pool is just a few feet from the condo.
A brand new 42" Samsung Plasma HDTV and can play MP3, DVD, VCR. This is much better than you will find at any other condo that you may rent. Use all of the owners amenities including the use of 5 swimming pools-free, the Cedar River Village complex (swimming pools open all winter long, workout facilities, hot tubs, restaurants, pro shop/ski shop all right next door), tennis courts etc.-ALL INCLUDED.

OK, so some people in your party don't golf or ski. Well this is the resort that has it all. Take horses for example. Horses are fun either in the winter when you take that sleigh ride you always dreamed about or get up in the sattle in the summer for a ride around the resort. If that isn't your style, how about a day at the famous Shanty Creek Spa to be totally pampered for an hour or all day. Are you a nature lover? How about fly fishing (there is even a school to learn how) or hiking or swimming or cross-country skiing on some of the best trails in Michigan. This is a 5000 acre resort-that means lots of room and lots of entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, catch live music at night in the Summit restaurant. Remember, there are five restaurants throughout the resort featuring a full variety of menu items and prices for every budget and appetite.

Golf, tennis, skiing, tubing, sledding, sleigh riding, horseback riding, swimming, fly fishing, hiking, visiting the day spa. Or (and this is my favorite-relaxing and eating). Now that's a full vacation.

A great tubing hill is close by, where you ride back up the hill in your tube. Take a sleigh ride or a snowmobile ride right on the property. mountain biking, a full service spa and health club, shops, restaurants, and Kids and daycare program right on-site.
Area: Dine at one of the five restaurants or go to Bellaire which is a lovely resort town only 10 minutes away. Shopping for antiques? Visit Alden-only 15 minutes away. How about Boating and beaches. About 10 minutes away you can relax on Lake Bellaire at your own private beach club managed by the Association. It's all free. Or take a stroll into Charlevoix-45 minutes away. How about a day trip to Mackinaw Island. This is perfect. Use this as your vacation headquarters-Mackinaw City is less than 1 hour and a half away. Stop by Harbor Springs and Petoskey for real upscale shopping just 55 minutes away. Have to have a mall visit? Traverse City is less than an hour away.
