shoreline of Estero Bay, with it's own private small sand beach area & restaurant! Located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach area on Lovers Key, with easy access to Bonita and Naples just minutes away.

Low season: May 1st- Nov 31st $850 per week
Mid season: Dec 1st- Jan 31st $995 per week
High season: Feb 1st-April 30th $1,400 per week
Add $100.00 per stay for major Holidays.
All rates are subject to 11% Tax.
Maid service can be available at an additional $55.00 per night
This unit is posted as a NON-SMOKING UNIT- Please refrain from
smoking within the unit. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Rental Information and Policy

All rates listed are weekly.
Discount of 5% off weekly rates for stays of 4 weeks or longer,
listed monthly minimum properties already discounted.
Interior furnishings vary in each apartment or cottage.
Certain rates may be higher due to demand, or holiday periods.
NOTE: Major Holidays are additional $100.00 per stay.
We DO NOT Charge You Booking & Cleaning fees -
which saves you $100- $200 or more !
NOTE: A $200.00 reservation/breakage deposit in U.S. (personal checks are accepted)
is required with reservations, a $400.00 reservation/breakage deposit is required for
rental stays of one month or more. Rates are based on a four-person occupancy.
If condominiums and/or owners allow additional persons, the extra charge is
$45.00 per person, per week. All accommodations are subject to a sales/bed tax.
All accounts payable in U.S. funds. NO CREDIT CARDS. Personal checks accepted.
Payment in full is due 40 days prior to arrival. Accommodations are professional
cleaned prior to check-in, then again after you check-out. Maid service available
at additional cost, paid in advance.
DEPOSIT is refundable, less administrative charge of $65.00, provided written
cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation of a rental
stay of one month or more must be at least 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made
after the time period allowed, will be subject to loss of deposit and payment of accommodation
period unless we are able to replace your reservation for the full term.
This includes not choosing staying at your rented property after you check-in at arrival
or any period thereafter.
The reservation/breakage deposit withheld for reservation will be returned within 3-4 weeks
from departure, provided there is no damage to the property on your behalf.
We reserve the right to substitute comparable apartments when necessary.
No RV's, boats, and/or trailers permitted in parking lots.
