Our location is right down the road from Schoodic
Penninsula's magnificent section of Acadia National
Park. Wander the streets of our charming seaside
villiage, Winter Harbor which offers fun gift shops, an
antique store and gourmet deli/coffee bar, all
overlooking a true Maine working harbor and lobster
pound where one can enjoy the sweetest, freshest catch
around! Local entertainment, classical concerts and
movies are offered at our own in town performing arts
theater (www.schoodicarts.org).
The area also includes many other amenities such as a
sandy beach, golf, a pottery studio, artist galleries,
terrific restaurants, craft and art programs, smoked
fishery, glass studio, quilt shop, French cafe, cooking
school, wine store, and fun local events.
Only a short 35 minute drive to fabulous Bar Harbor or
quick sea taxi boat ride; yet unlike Bar Harbor this area
is peaceful and serene - you really become one with
nature here and forget about the life you left
behind......

LOVED this place! So gorgeous-so luxurious-the
owners even did a lobsterbake right on the beach for
us! I had a massage!! My wife and kids kayaked and we
loved biking Acadia....at the end of the day we sipped
Blueberry Martinis on our private oceanside deck!!

have never seen such stunning oceanfront in my life!
This rental was incredible-never seen one so classy-
most rentals we have stayed in were very plain-this one
was amazing-they even had flat screen tv's and Viking
appliances not to mention the most heavenly fancy
bedding and plush baths and oh did I mention ocean
views to die for!?
Greatest trip of our life....the area had so much to do
and the property was in a word...HEAVENLY
I have recommended this spot to all of my friends!!
Doesn't get any better than this-fabulous decor,
wonderful owners and the best beach I have ever seen-
private and unreal ocean views-we even saw seals and
bald eagles! My kids went crazy over this place!
Everything the ad said and MORE....don't walk, run to
Eagles Cove! Thank you Dave...
We eat lobsters oceanside, had a massage, took walks
on the beach, hiked Acadia, shopped at local galleries,
eat French food in town, enjoyed a classical concert at
the local theatre and best of all totally relaxed with my
family at our nightly bonfire...A+++ for this place!!
Dave was the most gracious host..even his cat greeted
us and the property is simply magnificent-should be in
Architectural Digest! Never seen such a place!
