Property Information

Branson Condos, from 1st Choice Condo Rentals, will provide you with great rental discounts on top quality owner condos. Our rates contain discounts of almost 30% over comparable condos in Nightly Rental Programs. Our condos are completely designer furnished with everything you will need for a memorial vacation with family or friends. All condo photos are of the actual condo that you will be staying in.

Our 3 Bedroom -3 bath Branson condo is located on Lake Taneycomo with scenic views of the lake and bluffs overlooking the lake. This Condo has a cathedral ceiling with loft bedroom and has a screened in porch with breath taking views of the Lake.

The 2 Bedroom-2 bath Luxury Branson condo is a walk-in unit with no stairs. All our condos are a short walk to the Clubhouse and Aqua Park. Our Clubhouse offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as Snacks near the Pool.

Our Branson Pointe Royale Condos are located across the street from the famous Welk Theater; and is just south of the famous Highway 76 Strip. Our Condo location is ideal for access to the many shows and activities Branson has to offer. Beside the Branson shows, the Branson area is famous for all the Factory Outlet Malls and Golf Courses.

Property Activities

Branson Pointe Royale Condos are located along the shores of Lake Taneycomo. We are a gated community and home to many of the Branson show stars. We have our own 18 hole championship golf course. We have the finest aqua park with 4 million dollar clubhouse. Our Aqua Park contains 2 outdoor pools with a hot tub and huge heated all year round indoor pool. Our clubhouse has an exercise room open to our guests. The clubhouse contains rentable meeting rooms for your family or company outing. Pointe Royale has all the Amenities and is close to the State Park Marina for family boating and water sports. The marina has boat and water sport vehicles that you can rent or bring your own boat, as they have launch facilities. We are located close to all the shows and theme parks. We have on-site fishing, picnicing, hiking trails, Tennis, Golf, swimming and basketball.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo very much. We started off with beautiful warm day which allowed us to have wine on the deck, a first in '07. Breakfast in the Club House was not only convenient but delicious.
