Walking up the stairs to the main floor, you'll be greeted into a bright living space with tall ceilings and a cozy sectional and tv perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The kitchen has custom countertops, stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and island seating. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and to the left is the formal dining room and downstairs is an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill. Additionally there are two balcony seating areas, one overlooking the pool and a screened-in lanai with a bistro table.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the well-appointed bedrooms with luxury bedding and crisp linens. On the third floor is the spacious primary bedroom with a tv and ensuite bathroom with a unique double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spa-like tub. The second bedroom boasts a private balcony for guests to relax in the breeze and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs are the last two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature balcony access and ensuite bathrooms.

-Second bedroom, 3rd floor: Queen bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Third bedroom, 2nd floor: Queen bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Fourth bedroom, 2nd floor: Two twin beds, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combination.

Guests have the option to enjoy the pool, hot tub, foosball table, ping pong table, hammock or to put on their captain's hat and set sail in their favorite water transportation. Enjoy the reflection on the water, the fish jumping, herons and pelicans flying by, and possibly even see dolphins and manatees swimming!

Beach and Boat House is just that- less than five minutes from the pristine Gulf of Mexico, guests can split their time swimming at the beach or casting a line from a boat on the Bay. Take the free island trolley to explore Anna Maria Island's seven miles of beach living and stop at Pine Avenue for unique boutiques and local restaurants.

*Please note: 4 cars are able to park on the driveway at this home. There is also room for a boat or guest cars near the driveway as well. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
