Bay Vista features an open kitchen, dining, and living area with bay views that will absolutely take your breath away. The home is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher. There are plenty of places to sit and socialize or simply relax. Eat in at the dining room table that seats 6 or at the kitchen island bar which seats 4. The soothing master bedroom houses a comfortable king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and sprawling closet with plenty of room for your latest vacation finds. The third bedroom or ‘bunk room’ has a twin/full bunk bed combo with an additional full-sized trundle and workspace. If you’re looking for some additional space for guests, the living room couch provides an additional queen-sized pull-out.
This unit, with 180-degree wrap-around windows in the living area, clearly lives up to its name, Bay Vista. Facing to the East, you will surely enjoy watching the sailboats, dolphins, gorgeous sunrises, and maybe even some manatees passing across the view of the Skyway Bridge while you sip your coffee or even a cocktail.
This luxurious space is located on the 2nd floor of Bay Side Bungalows building which houses 5 private units, each with its own direct entrance. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the building shares a gorgeous resort-style heated swimming pool with plenty of chairs, tables, and lounge chairs to enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. While you’re there mix drinks in the cabana or grill up some freshly caught fish from Rod and Reel Pier which is only a bike ride away!
This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. There will be an additional pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
