Welcome to Anna Maria Chateau

Newly updated, this beaming white coastal 3-Bedroom beach house is nestled on the northern-most part of Anna Maria Island. The tall, vibrant green palm trees, sweeping balcony, and impressive private pool offers guests a perfect setting for a fanciful vacation under the Florida sun.

Upon arrival to Anna Maria Chateau, you will be welcomed by the spacious driveway, covered car port, and two Adirondack chairs under the cover of beautiful palm trees. Through the front door, you’ll notice gorgeous dark hardwood floors throughout the home as well as a living room, kitchen, and dining area. These areas are illuminated by tons of natural sun light flowing through the wall-to-wall windows and doors to the home’s balcony.

The kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, is newly updated with sweeping granite countertops, custom white cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with room for four. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area. The dining table, which brings a beachy cottage feel to the home with its distressed wood and wicker chairs, sits up to six people. Just parallel to the dining area is the large, yet incredibly cozy living room. It offers guests a large couch, sizable loveseat, and two additional armchairs. The living room comes with a huge flat screen TV and it sits adjacent to the sliding glass doors to the balcony. Anna Maria Chateau’s covered balcony is stunning. Its natural wood floors contrast the four, bright white Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining table and breakfast table, a grill, and access to a large staircase which takes you to the ground floor.

Anna Maria Chateau's first bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom, perfect for kids or roommates, offers two bunkbeds with a total of four twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a large closet. The first and second room share a large full-sized bathroom with double vanities and separated shower and toilet area. The third room is the rental’s master suite. It features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, large dresser, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has double vanities and a walk-in shower. Anna Maria Chateau also offers guests a queen-sized sleeper sofa should additional sleeping arrangements be needed.

After a long day of fun in the sun, you can relax on the covered outdoor area with a new foosball table, small bar-style island with four chairs, and an outdoor seating area facing a huge flat-screen TV. It sits parallel to the full-sized garage which holds a ping pong table, bikes, beach gear a bocce ball set, and an additional bar-style table and chairs. The backyard, which was professionally landscaped to showcase Florida’s tropical plants, features a newly renovated, custom heated swimming pool** with shallow-water sun-shelves, and in-water seating. The pool is surrounded by pavers with lounge chairs and additional Adirondack chairs.
