This stunning pool house is perfect for three families.

Five-bedroom home with three bathrooms. Three California King master bedrooms, and two children's rooms with full-overfull bunkbeds. Two masters share an upgraded jack-n'-jill bathroom with granite countertops, travertine floor tile, and a custom shower. The third master shares a Jack n' Jill bathroom with the common area. The hallway bathroom is shared between the two children's bedrooms.

Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Just off the kitchen, you will find a full-size washer and dryer. The open concept living and dining areas provide plenty of space for the whole family. The dining area comfortably seats 10 guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter. Two French doors open onto the deck, pool and in-ground Jacuzzi. Included are the outdoor natural gas barbecue, patio set, and additional chairs for soaking up the sun.

The garage also has a Ping Pong and billiards table. There are also highchairs, pack n' plays, booster seats, and strollers for infants.

The home is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning. All bedrooms have 47-inch LCD TVs. The main living room has high-speed Internet. Disneyland is just a short distance away. You can watch the Disney fireworks from either your front or backyard.

This house can accommodate 10 guests in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 at any given time. Maximum Vehicles: 3 No RVs, trailers or other large vehicles. No Outside Music Per Anaheim CodeAccording the city code, there is no outside music allowed between 10pm and 9am. You must stay indoors between 10 pm and 9 am.

The price includes an obligatory fee for the pool/jacuzzi. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees, and the jacuzzi to 102 degrees.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refunds. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.

All homes are cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines and disinfectants of hospital-grade are used.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY : These houses are only available for overnight sleeping. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect homes. There are NO cameras in the house.

All rentals booked less than 2 weeks before arrival: Additional screening/background checks, as well as proofs of payment are required.
