Bayblue 303 23rd Street Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 TPL20-000048 Situated between the two main bridges that take you to the mainland, a few steps away from a 120’ boat dock on the bay, and a few minutes' walk to the Gulf of Mexico, Bayblue is a unique and beautiful home on Anna Maria Island. With wonderful indoor and outdoor amenities and near beaches, shops, and restaurants, this rental is perfect for any group of Florida vacationers! Upon driving up to Bayblue, you’ll notice the home’s symmetrical design with two large outdoor decks, its white picket fence, and several massive Florida palm trees in the yard outlining the property’s edges. When you step inside the common area of the home through the front door, you’ll encounter a large, open-concept space featuring the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is expansive, and features, stainless-steel appliances, sweeping granite countertops, and a large bar with room for five. The dining room is beautiful as it offers guests an impressive dining table with intricately designed white chairs and room for eight. The living room, just across from the kitchen and dining room, is cozy and features two large, three-person couches, two additional armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. This common area has plenty of natural light that flows through the room’s seven sizeable windows. Finally, this area has access to the deck via French doors. The deck is large, covered, and offers guests a full-sized outdoor dining set and four lounge chairs. The third floor features an identically laid out and furnished common area. Bayblue is a 6-bed, 4-bath house with enough room to sleep 18 people. The second and third floors have identical layouts and both have three bedrooms on each level. There are two master bedrooms—one on each floor—with, flat-screen TVs, and private en-suite bathrooms. The next set of bedrooms on each floor offer flat-screen TVs and share a full-sized bathroom with the third set of bedrooms on each level. Additionally, there is a laundry room on each floor and two separate elevators, each taking guests to one floor only. ~101

Great. Lots of kitchen equipment to cook in, close to multiple restaurants to eat out. The pool was a good addition, it was shaded in the afternoon for the rest of the day negating the need for sunscreen. The beach access is 3 blocks away, very handy for beach time. Suggest renting a gulf cart for your stay as it was handy for trips to the grocery and souvenir shopping. -- Thank you so much for letting us know about your stay at Bayblue. Having a shady spot to enjoy the pool is great after a day at the beach or on a boat. We are so glad that you enjoyed your time here on the island and hope you will visit again soon!

Great view of the bay to dolphin watch. Only a couple blocks walk to gulf beach. One thing I did not know until we got there is that the upper and lower level are 2 separate units so our family was divided but it still worked out fine. If you plan to do a lot of cooking especially for a larger group you may want to bring some pans with you. Both units were a little skimpy on the cookwear. It is a wonderful home for a large group. We had 15 family members so there was ample room for all of us. The WiFi does need updating and one of the locks on the first unit didn’t work, it took several tries to get the unit locked up so I would suggest redoing the locks especially on unit A. -- Thank you for leaving us a review, Carol! Wonderful family vacation 2017-07-05

Our family of 17 (including 7 kids, ages 6-12) just returned from our vacation at Bay Blue. We had an amazing time! The living area on the lower level included a pull-out couch, so we were able to maximize privacy for the adults in the bedrooms and letting the kids fill in one bunk room as well as using the pull-out. The pool was a welcome change from the beach, and in the afternoon, the pool becomes shaded - still plenty warm, but perfect for taking a break from Florida's rays. We could not have asked for better stocked kitchens, and we made dinners 5 of our 7 nights, plus all breakfasts and lunches. The kitchens include ice machines which were perfect for keeping the water bottles filled. There are plenty of chairs around the pool and on each deck. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the features of the property and would definitely recommend. --
