When driving up to this home, you’ll notice its small size, lovely lilac exterior color, and a large driveway/parking area. Just inside the front door, you’ll see a long hallway leading to the living and dining area. The kitchen, which lines one side of this hallway, is charming and offers a full suite of appliances, sleek white cabinetry, and ample counter space. The dining area is cozy as it is nestled in a corner where, on one side, there is bench seating, and on the other, there are dining chairs. When the blinds are open, sunlight floods through the windows and you can see the backyard space. The living room is a perfect size and features two matching loveseats and a flat-screen TV.

The only criticism I would have is wishing to get into the house sooner than 4 p.m. It would have been nice to have collapsible beach chairs to take to the beach cuz it's directly across the street. You can rent chairs at the public beach but who wants to get in the car and go up there when you can just cross the street. Otherwise the house was beautiful, brand new everything, clean well-stocked. I would come again and again! -- Thank you so much for the 5 star review, Susan!
