Property Description

Our waterfront home at Seagull trail 15 is ideal for couples and families who are looking to relax on the beach. We are located near the Marina on West Beach and have a 180 degree view of the water, unlike ocean view homes that only have narrow views. The natural sea breezes help keep mosquitoes and noseeums to a minimum. The large deck has benches, picnic tables, and eight rockers. The deck is the ideal outdoor gathering spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, dolphins, seabirds and large ships entering the Cape Fear River.
Our kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash. Also, an undercounter ice machine. No more running out ice during hot summer days. We also have 4 flat-screen TVs, including 2 with Bluray DVD players. There are two queen-sized beds and two twin sets. Each of the two bedrooms with twin beds has its own TV, DVD/VCR. Each bedroom is the same size and has its own bathroom with a view of the water. The loft features a 360-degree view and a futon. Even the bathrooms in our timber-frame house have vaulted timbers above. The kitchen is well-equipped. The kitchen is well-equipped.
There are also games, puzzles and beach toys. Fishing is great right off our beach.
We cannot guarantee that the ice maker or water dispenser will be operational in the rental.
