The house was overall in great shape. Maybe a little more on the housekeeping. There could have been a little more finesse in the cleaning . But overall the house was great. It was our best week yet!!!

What a great house and a great time. The property was awesome.... it had everything great time we needed for a great week. The kitchen had everything we needed especially sharp knifes and this late in the season what a plus. The weather was not great but,the house was great.

The house was perfect! So close to the beach which is what we needed for all out little ones and the pool made the evenings great for play and cooling off. Close to everything, we actually jogged to get duck donuts!!! The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach and the rental company was wonderful to work with. Would def recommend to everyone!

The house was wonderful!!! It was clean, updated and in a perfect location. It’s a short walk to the beach and it has a nice pool. I will definitely rent this house again.

This is the second year in a row for Thanksgiving. Goodtime. Just to report a few things, plumbing was an issue, got fixed the second day. All the sinks drain runs slow. Thanks for having a pet house. The furniture and rugs need deep clean. Wish the pool was heated. Deck Furniture needs to be replace. I understand this property has a new owner. please pass these on. Hope to see you all next year

We love this property for several reasons. One being the close proximity to beach. The second being a pool to relex in the evening or the hot tub, both great when your adult children are with you.
I am a fan of how the house is layed out Master upstairs other 3 bedroom down one level. The 2 bathrooms help us get ready for evenings after spending day on beach.
Will rent again & again...
Love to go to Sun Dogs, food is great & Fat Crabs, also with great food & BBQ. Both are in Corolla.

Our rental house was great. The distance from the beach was good (2 minute walk). We enjoyed having our own pool (good size). The house was clean and in good shape. The ceiling fans upstairs make a little noise otherwise no problems.

The house was great beside the small TVs. With house being low we could not get a car underneath the house. So there was not enough parking. Overall a good place to stay and you could see the ocean from the deck upstairs

Yes, that ocean view is great for Carol-La Sands! By the way, many of the homes here in Corolla require removal of car-top carriers to fit into the car port. Glad you enjoyed your stay, come again in 2016!

Our stay at the beach was great. This was the first year we didn't want to leave. The house was in a good location however it was not clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and in the door tracks. The cleaning service stopped and took care of the bugs. We also did not receive a welcome package as we have in recent years. All in all this was a great vacation.

The home was lovely-close to the beach. Pool was also wonderful. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Wish there had been more deck furniture.
The home was clean enough-I may be little to neat. There was dust that I thought house cleaning could have gotten, All in all we had a great time.

The location was very nice - convenient to beach and groceries, restaurants, etc. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen - but there were traps out and the activity diminished. Very well stocked kitchen - LOVED LOVED LOVED. Even had kitchen linens. Not a lot of common space - just the adjoining family, dining, kitchen. Don't see how 12 people could "hang out" together if they wanted to; many other houses have 2 common areas. But the pool, fenced in area and hot tub were fantastic as well. And great having a beach cart. Overall very happy and would recommend the property and would stay there again.
