BED AND BATH DETAILS
There are 6 bedrooms, with 2 Master suites with large walk in showers, and 4.5 bathrooms.
The sleeping arrangements include 5 King-sized beds, and two sets of bunks. Beach Side Paradise can comfortably sleep a group of 14.
This gorgeous Island home offers a private heated pool with spa, a large covered lanai with a gas grill, a TV and a couch so you can relax and grill out while watching your favorite sports. There is also an outdoor dinning table where you can enjoy your meals right off the grill. Just a brief 1 minute stroll to the Gulf beaches and a short distance to Bridge street where you will fin many shops and restaurants - you simply wont' be able to decide what to do with your days. You are also located close to two gulf front restaurants.
** If you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you please contact Beach House Real Estate at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that it ensures us ample time to fulfill your request. We do offer pool heat as needed as a courtesy to our guests at no additional charge. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with- most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember, outdoor spas are not hot tubs (some properties have a spa, some have a hot tub). Generally speaking, our winter months are considered from November through April. During these months we do our best to ensure that the pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Central Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down into the 30's for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. The pump will then kick back on in the morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen for time to time. Please be aware that Beach House Real Estate cannot issue refunds during your stay based on acts of God. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Beach House Real Estate will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible! Beach House Real Estate thanks you in advance for your understanding on this issue.
Vacation Rental Policies
Payments: For reservations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of rental period, payment in full is due forty-five (45) days prior to check-in. For reservations made forty-five (45) days or less in advance of rental period, payment in full is required upon booking and prior to confirmation of the reservation. Payment in full includes any and all rental deposits, security deposits, cleaning fees, reservation fees, payment set up charges and taxes.
Forms of Payments: Payments may be made by cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, traveler’s check, Echeck or credit card in U.S. funds. When payment is made by personal check, money order, cashier’s check or traveler’s check, if the payment is returned for any reason including but not limited to insufficient funds, you shall be responsible for a flat fee of $25.00 in addition to any and all returned payment fees charged by our bank and/or PayPal. Postdated checks will not be accepted.
12% (7% Florida State Sales Tax and 5% Manatee County Resort Tax).
Security Deposits: Some properties require a security deposit of $500. Such security deposit shall be used to cover any damage to the rental unit during the rental period which is in excess of ordinary wear and tear. See the paragraph titled “Damage to the Rental Property” in the additional terms and conditions.
