This property is a rare Capitola Gem! This iconic home has been lovingly maintained, and has expansive ocean views throughout. Walk out the back door to direct beach access (literally steps from the home!), the Capitola Wharf, the ocean-front activities and restaurants on the esplanade, and so much more! Be a part of this vibrant, beach community as you enjoy the Capitola Oceanside!
This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with a total of 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms can be found on the main level. Please note occupancy is 6 adults, and 4 children - if you feel your group warrants exception, please contact our office with your request and explanation:
- Master Bedroom Suite: California King with en suite Master Bathroom
- Junior Suite: California King with en suite Bathroom
- 3rd Bedroom: Two Twin Beds, desk with computer
On the lower level is the back door (with direct beach access), as well as 2 bedrooms;
- Private Suite: Queen bed with en suite bathroom, private oceanfront terrace, and small kitchenette with refrigerator & sink
- Kids Room: Two Twin Beds (trundle style)
Please note that there is a maximum of two parking off-street parking spots that come with your reservation, including access to the single car garage. Under no circumstances, can you park in front of our neighbor's properties - no exceptions.

For our friends within driving distance, this means being able to drive to the coast in the comfort of your own vehicle, prepare your meals in a well-provisioned kitchen, and sleep in your own private vacation home, thereby avoiding more communal environments. Cleanliness and safety in our homes is always our number one priority, and I want to personally assure you that we have expanded our already strict cleaning protocols and added additional housekeeping staff to take extra precautions between guests. We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house.
