The La Selva Beach Holiday Cottage is just a 5 minute neighborhood walk to the beach, and in the heart of flower growing country. This pet-friendly property has a vast pastoral clearing around back with an unobstructed view to the ocean. The view from the glass enclosed upper deck is lovely! This attractive two story home sports a spiral staircase and decks on both levels. This beautiful, beach side cottage has large, expansive windows and sliding glass doors that allow tons of natural light to flood the home. Each bedroom is situated on it's own floor; The downstairs bedroom features an en suite bathroom, television with DVD player, and a sliding glass door onto the private downstairs deck. The upstairs bedroom also has a large, beautifully remodeled en suite bathroom, and a sliding glass door opening to the upper deck with hot tub.

We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house.
