Lovingly owned by the original owner, this three bedroom/three bathroom two story luxury beach house with 2000 square feet of living space features an electronically controlled gated driveway which creates a private courtyard/garden area for outdoor living.

The Spacious living / dining area features a large sectional leather sofa and wood burning fireplace. A 42” Smart TV, Cable, DVD, high speed wireless internet. Beautiful glass dining table expands to seat 10 people. The gourmet kitchen features Viking range, Jenn-Air French door refrigerator, double drawer dishwashers, microwave, electric coffee maker, all other electric appliances including Cuisinart and more.

The “Zen” bathroom downstairs features with spacious walk in shower., and the den/office is outfitted with a desk and two leather recliners.

Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs, and there is an additional detached bedroom off of the garage for extra sleeping capacity.

Cleanliness and safety in our homes is always our number one priority, and I want to personally assure you that we have expanded our already strict cleaning protocols and added additional housekeeping staff to take extra precautions between guests. We are sanitizing all high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, faucets, and handles and opening windows and doors to allow fresh salt air to circulate, and we have outfitted each rental with disinfectants that can be used by guests that are in-house.
