Property Description

This gorgeous, renovated beach house is located in Miramar Beach's Maravilla neighbourhood. There are many amenities and stunning views from the balconies. There are also 19 rooms. This home is dog-friendly. 7 St. Martin Cir. Setup includes 2 beach chairs (weather permitting). The set includes 4 chairs as well as 2 umbrellas.

1ST FLOOR

A separate space with built in bunks and a smaller room are located just behind the two car garages. The bathroom features a large shower, and the fully-equipped kitchen. From your patio seat, you can enjoy the Gulf breeze. This spot is ideal for families or friends who want to vacation together.

2ND FLOOR

As you climb the steps to the main entrance of the grand house, bright white shiplap and cool colors greet you. The main space has stunning views of the Gulf and everything opens up to it. The seamless flow of the dining, kitchen, entertaining, and kitchen areas allows for a seamless vacation experience. The formal dining table seats 8 and the counter-top bar seats 4. The patio also has a gas grill.

3RD FLOOR

4 of the 6 bedrooms can be found on the top floor. The master suite is located at the rear with stunning views from its balcony and spa-like bath. The back has two additional bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bath, while the last bedroom has its own private bath.

The homes have access to all amenities including 2 pools and tennis courts, a community grilling area, and a private beach. Miramar is conveniently situated between Destin and 30A. Miramar is a beautiful community that offers beach relaxation and a variety activities for the whole family.

FREE AMENITY CREDIT

You will receive a credit towards renting gear with every booking. This credit can be used for a variety of items such as bikes, bonfires, or tours/experiences. The property's length and size will determine the credit amount. There are some restrictions, exclusions, or limitations.

• * Golf carts are not allowed in the Maravilla Community.
• * Dog friendly: A non-refundable additional fee will be added to your booking if you have a dog. Please contact us if you intend to bring a pet. Maximum 2 dogs per household allowed. Maximum weight is 30 lbs. Please refer to our rental policies for more information.
  
  All guests receive a Benchmark Welcome Bag with an initial starter kit. This includes 1 roll paper towel, 1 dish spoon and 1 dish soap. There are 2 dishwasher pods, 1 trashcan liner, and 2 dish spoons. Each guest will receive 1 washcloth/body towels, 2 hand towels per bath, and 2 washing machine pods.
