Property Description
Sleeping Accommodations: Four Seasons has five bedrooms, but two additional private sleeping areas. This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
Main Level: Master King
Upper Level: Master King, Master King, Master Queen, Room with Two Twins and Two Trundles
Lower Level: Room with Queen and Twin over Twin Bunk, Master King
Every detail has been considered in this luxury home that sleeps 20 and provides for the needs of each and every guest, from the expansive kitchen with double oven and over-sized refrigerator/freezer, to the 7.5 baths, numerous king and queen suites, and special spaces that are perfect for younger guests and young children or additional adult guests.
The kitchen is a dream, with a gas range with double oven, over-sized refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers and a large kitchen island with bar stools for your guests, custom windows and ample storage. The dining area seats 10 and is supplemented with space in the living room to seat another 6, plus the three bar stools at the kitchen island, for a total of at least 19 on the main level.
The living area is spacious, with generous seating and also a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, wood storage bin, 55" television, white oak floors, and windows with a view of the scenery.
There is a beautiful master suite where you can enjoy your own 44" television or relax in the two separate his and hers baths, his with a gorgeous stone shower with pebble tile and hers with an elegant white tub that has spa-like atmosphere. There are also his and hers closets for your convenience.
On the upper level you will find a queen suite with tub/shower and a 44" television.There are two king suites, each including baths with walk in showers, also with 44" televisions. You'll also find a trundle room with two built in twin beds and two pull out twin trundles, great for teens and pre-teens.
The lower level of the home has a living room with poker table and pull out full couch and bathroom with tub/shower. There is one room with a Queen bed and a Twin over Twin Bunk, great for families with small children. There is also a King bedroom that includes a tub/shower. The home also includes a stunning home theater on the lower level, with a refreshment bar, comfortable seating and a 78" television. The laundry includes the latest appliances and a sink and cabinets to help with caring for guests' needs.
In addition to the interior, guests have access to the fire pit for roasting marshmallows or visiting over an evening campfire. There is a hot tub on the property, on the covered patio, with a view of the mountain, and a not-to-be-missed outdoor gas fireplace with deck furniture and stainless grill. The grounds are large and are great for a walk or a hike from the property.
Additional Notes:
Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.

This property is really fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Nicer than the pictures indicate. Close drive to sugar mountain resort for skiing. Very well stocked house and plenty of room for us. We slept 5 kids and four adults comfortably without using any pull out sofas etc. views are incredible from house. If we go back to the area we would stay again.

Four Seasons Family Vacation

What an awesome house for a family vacation! We had a wonderful 5 days with plenty of great hikes to choose from, an incredibly well stocked and large kitchen to cook in, a deck with an amazing view and resident hummingbirds to play Settler's of Catan on as well as enjoy morning coffee, a pool table for the teens, and a super basement with bunk beds and a huge TV for the teenage boys. It also had a hot tub, a fire pit for the obligatory s'mores and a large yard with room for badminton and corn hole ! We highly recommend this house for families and hope to stay in it again !

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday and were very happy. Pictures online did not even do justice to the actual views from the property. Accommodated 14 guests comfortably with room to spare. We were already talking about making a trip to Four Seasons an annual event. Outstanding!

This house has amazing views and was well situated between Blowing Rock and Boone. We had 6 couples who stayed at the Four Seasons over a long weekend for our annual couples weekend. We were very comfortable at the home and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you can possibly need! We will definitely be back! This house is in the top 3 homes we have stayed at over the past 10 years that we have been going away for our annual couples weekend. The home did not disappoint! Highly recommend the Four Seasons for your next mountain stay!

We held our team retreat here. It was close by to restaurants and grocery shopping while still feeling secluded. Mountain views were breathtaking. Beautiful home that is really new and well taken care of. We stayed a whole week and cooked at the house every night. The kitchen was well stocked with professional grade appliances and plenty of tools and serve ware. All rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely consider this home as a top choice for future events.

Four Families had one of their best four day vacation at this Four seasons property. This place is just amazing. The property management was very courteous and checked in every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We had some problem with getting the grill going and within an hour there was someone to fix it. The knobs were not installed properly so "MAX" was not actually "MAX" :) The location is perfect and 30 minutes max from all places ( Linville falls, grandfather, boone, etc.). Food lion is right around the corner. The three level house has 7 comfortable bedrooms. The house was stocked with everything you can think of. All you need to get is yourself and Food. I'm surely visiting this place in the near future.

The house felt brand new and the views from every level were magnificent! The kitchen was well stocked, beautiful and very large. The furnishings around the house and in each room were very modern yet cozy and comfortable. Had many activities around the house to keep us and kids busy, pool table, poker table, jacuzzi and movie room was all very nice.
