Three stairs lead to the covered front porch outfitted with furniture ready for you to kick back and relax in the cool mountain air. Inside, the great room has a custom dining table made out of a wood slab by the homeowner, with four chairs around it. There is a blue velour couch and two cozy chairs facing an electric fireplace with a Roku-equipped Smart TV mounted above it. Enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix & SlingTV! The kitchen has a fullsized oven & range and refrigerator with ample cabinet space and all the essentials you'll need to prepare delicious snacks and meals. A stacked washer & dryer is tucked into a closet. Off the kitchen is the full bathroom, with a fullsized regular toilet and a regular sized shower. The bedroom has a Queen bed with another Roku-equipped Smart TV. Two adults can share the Queen bed with room for one adult or two children on the foldout fullsized sofa in the great room.
Step outside and enjoy the finest High Country outdoor living! A custom made woodburning fireplace chimney awaits beside the flagstone courtyard, with a park-style charcoal grill beside it. Adirondack chairs and a brand new two-person Bullfrog Spas hot tub complete the arrangements. Catch beautiful sunsets from this outdoor living space!

Definitely doesn't feel all that small for a tiny house. Great location between Boone and Blowing Rock, as well as Appalachian Ski right around the corner. Very quiet and relaxing - the hot tub is great at the end of a big day out! Easy to get to walk around both downtowns and get to hikes. The last turn was a little icy, but definitely manageable with 4WD.

We had a great experience the tiny adventures home was just perfect for us! We thought it was very convenient short drive to go snow boarding and to town and to a few attractions we wanted to see in the area. The fact that the drive way is an easy access not on a hill like most homes in the area made it even more appealing. The hot tub was a great feature as well

Tiny home was a great experience, not so tiny. Good bathroom, Nice shower. Bedroom small with a small closet, dresser and very comfortable queen bed. Living room and kitchen very spacious , tall ceiling in living and bedroom. We had 5 for Dinner inside, nice covered porch with seating for 5 or 6. Out door stone patio with Nice fireplace and very pleasant setting . Excellent, quiet location in between Boone and Blowing Rock.
