The home is near Banner Elk with proximity to Blowing Rock, Boone, Appalachian State university, restaurants, and shopping. Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within a 15 minute drive.



The Reserve offers paved, flat parking for easy access. Down one flight of stairs you'll find the entrance to Serenity Overlook. Once inside, the long range views off the deck will immediately catch your eye. The living and dining areas allow you to watch the mountains while enjoying time with friends and family. The dining table is set for four, with additional chairs including 2 at the bar. The kitchen has sleek, black granite countertops and newer stainless steel appliances. A standard coffee pot is ready for your favourite grounds to start the morning. The large basin sink and dishwasher make cleanup a breeze!



The living room sofa pulls out to a queen sized sleeper sofa, and several chairs surround the gas fireplace and large screen TV with basic cable. Open the sliding door and enjoy the cool mountain air. Table and chairs give you a place to dine al fresca or just relax with a glass of wine.



Serenity Overlook has two bedrooms and two full baths. The King ensuite has its own deck access with the best of the views. A cable TV and attached bathroom allow you to enjoy your retreat. The bath has a large soaking tub, double vanity, and a tiled shower with glass door. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own cable TV. There is a second full bath with a tub/shower combo that opens to both the bedroom and the living area.



While not directly at the property, the grounds of The Reserve have charcoal grills scattered for guests' use.

This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.

It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year!

Guests returning to Serenity Overlook may enjoy a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.

Max of two (2) cars are permitted at The Reserve.
