- This home is pet friendly, allowing dogs up to 40lbs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week&#39;s notice. You&#39;ll receive two kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.<br />
- Homeowner provides pack n play, high chair, and a gate at the top of the stairs for little ones.<br />
- AWD/4WD is required to access this home. The driveway is paved, but a steep climb up.<br />
- Garage is not available for guests.<br />
- Guests returning to 1st in Sugar may receive an additional discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.<br />
<strong>-&nbsp;</strong>CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
