With two levels of beautifully designed living space, Starlight Ridge offers comfort and style for every guest. The main floor features a stunning master suite with a king bed, private deck access, and a spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom on the same level includes a private bath. Downstairs, you will find a cozy king bedroom and a fun kids&rsquo; bunk room (with trundle), perfect for younger guests.<br />

The fully stocked kitchen is a cook&rsquo;s dream&mdash;complete with granite countertops, premium stainless-steel appliances, a convection microwave, coffee makers (Keurig + drip), a Ninja blender, and just about every cooking utensil imaginable. A central island with a secondary sink adds both function and style. Share meals at the dining table for 8, framed by a bay window and panoramic mountain views.<br />

Two inviting living rooms&mdash;each with a stone fireplace (one traditional, one with wood-burning stove), 55 inch smart TVs, and plush seating&mdash;make it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy scenic views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to expansive decks.<br />

Game Room &amp; Entertainment<br />

With a flat, paved driveway and a secondary access point to the basement level, loading and unloading is a breeze. Guests also have access to a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises or stargazing by the fire pit at night, Starlight Ridge offers the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and mountain magic.<br />

Additional notes:<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.<br />
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am<br />
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - FIRM:<br />
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
