This beautifully maintained villa offers an eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include a dining area, cable, flat-screen TV’s, in all rooms, ceiling fans, and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
Additionally, there are two master suites each having a king bed with pillow-top mattresses, a jacuzzi tub, and his and her sinks, a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep a maximum of 2 with a full bath off the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar and a dining room table as well as a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, and a full-size pantry. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the villa la estancia complex. A washer/dryer/wash tub is located off the kitchen area.
