Make your Cape Cod memories in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence. The property has a first-floor primary bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and A/C, and two second level bedrooms. One bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and A/C, the second bedroom a daybed with a trundle and A/C. 
Kitchen and dining are combined and offer comfortable seating for six. Enjoy outdoor dining on the expansive deck, grill some fresh scallops or fresh tuna from your local fish market. 

The property sleeps six people, access to 2 private beaches on Sheep Pond (with beach passes provided for cars to park at the Tupelo Drive landing).  If you like, you can bring your kayaks. 

The property has a large deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

Limit of 2 cars in driveway. If you would like a 3rd car you need to get owners permission. 

Trash will be picked up by Owner on Wednesday.

Saturday to Saturday only.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.

Travel Insurance is available upon request.
