Property Description
This well-appointed chalet is located in the high country, close to attractions such as the Tweetsie Railroad, downtown Blowing rock, downtown Boone, The Blue Ridge Parkway and shopping, dining and hiking. It is also just steps away from the slopes of Appalachian Ski Mountain.
On the main floor, you will find a dining area, a kitchen, a two-story open living area with a fireplace and a 1/2 bath. The master bedroom, with a king size bed and a master bath that includes a walk-in shower and a tub, is located off the living area. The loft is located upstairs, along with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. It has a queen-size sofa bed. Both bedrooms have full-size bed. The bunk bed set has a twin-size mattress. The bunk bedroom has a sleeper sofa. The loft has a 65-inch Smart TV.
The backyard is large and has a fire pit to roast marshmallows at sunset. The wrap-around deck allows you to relax in the 4-person spa while listening to the sounds of the nature or enjoying dinner by the outdoor fireplace.
This home features Central A/C and Smart TVs. It is located just 5 minutes from the slopes.
