Welcome to So Inclined!
So Inclined, a 3BR mountain cottage, has been updated and renovated. It features wood floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and tongue-and groove, HDTVs and a BluRay Player. Custom furniture is also included. This beautiful home is located at the same elevation as the top of Appalachian Ski Mountain! So Inclined is less than a half mile from the ski slopes and less than two miles away from Tweetsie Railroad, the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Blowing Rock. It's also about four miles away from Boone and Blowing Rock!
The main floor has a great room with vaulted-ceilings and views of the mountains from large windows. Custom furniture is centered around the HDTV and BluRay Player, as well as a gas log fire place. The kitchen has a dining room and a breakfast area, which provides enough space for a large family plus a few guests. The main floor King Master Suite has an HDTV, a full ensuite with heated tile flooring and a HDTV. Off the great room is a powder room and a half bathroom. The covered deck features a gas barbecue and mountain views.
There is a family room/den downstairs with an HDTV. A second King Suite with an HDTV, and a full bathroom is located downstairs. The lower level has a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A laundry closet with a dryer and washer is located at the bottom of the stairs. There is also a third bathroom. The deck below the den/family area provides additional outdoor living space and views. It also has a step-down open-air deck, complete with a hot-tub. Exterior steps lead down to the backyard, which features a wood-burning fireplace. The attached garage with one car gives guests access to the den/family area, which has a ping-pong table.
