Welcome to Treat Yosef!
 
The upscale mountain-modern home, Treat Yosef, has a rustic flair. It is situated on a large lot with a cozy back yard surrounded by mature trees. Mountain views are only available from late fall to early spring.  
The master bedroom on the main level features a king-sized bed, a flat-panel HDTV mounted on the wall, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tiled shower and walk-in wardrobe. The sliding glass door opens onto the covered rear deck, which has a gas grill and an outdoor dining table. There is also comfortable seating. The open floor plan of the common areas features vaulted ceilings, tongue-and groove, and high windows that let in natural lighting. The living room has a gas log fire place and a HD Smart TV with DVD player.  
The lower level offers a family room with a large HD Smart TV and BluRay player. There is also a foosball game. Three bedrooms are located on the lower floor, including a king-size bedroom with HDTV, a Queen-size bedroom, and a Bunk Bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk with a twin-trundle bed. The lower level has a large bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The sliding glass doors in the family room lead to a large rear deck furnished with Adirondack-style deck furniture, and to the backyard where there is a wood-burning fireplace. The owner has added an additional 6-person hot-tub to the property.  
Treat Yosef is equipped with paved roads leading to the house, and a parking area that can accommodate 2 to 3 cars. You are conveniently located off Highway 321, close to everything the High Country offers! The location is perfect as it is less than 3 miles away from Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Mountain and the Appalachian State University Campus. It is also less than 2 miles away from Boone and about 5 miles away from downtown Blowing rock.  
Dogs are allowed to be treated by Treat Yosef. There is a maximum of one (1) dog per 50-pound limit. Standard pet fees are applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
