Welcome to Tree Top Lodge!
 
Tree Top Lodge, a luxurious log cabin with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, is located on Sugar Mountain. It's close to the slopes, ice skating, and snow tubing! During the ski season, the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort shuttle will drop you at the slopes. (LINK FOR SHUTTLE INFORMATION) The pick-up point is just down from the home.  
Sugar Mountain is an all-year resort. All activities are open to the general public and are available to anyone who stays on Sugar Mountain. Open May 1 - October 31 depending on weather conditions. Spring to Fall include an 18-hole golf course, clay tennis court, mountain biking and a restaurant.  
Tree Top Lodge is located on a large, quiet, and beautifully landscaped property. It's mostly flat and very accessible. The house has a wood-burning fireplace in the backyard, and the views of the mountains are spectacular. The attached garage, which is accessible to guests, adds to the ample parking that is paved and flat. The Tree Top Lodge offers central heating and air conditioning as well as a washer and a dryer, WiFi internet, digital cable TV, and many family-friendly features such a Pack & Play and puzzles and games.  
The covered porch runs the length of the house, and provides a quiet, comfortable place to enjoy the mountain breezes while swinging on the porch. The cabin features wood floors, tongue and groove vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, stone fireplaces with gas logs and a large HD Smart TV. There is also plenty of comfortable seating, highlighted by a designer sectional and matching chair and ottoman. Enjoy the natural light that pours through the windows, and the mountain views from the great room.  
The dining area is open and adjacent to the great room. It features a beautiful chandelier made of antlers. The dining table can comfortably accommodate ten (10) people. Two (2) additional guests can sit on the counter-height bar stools beside the table. The kitchen is spacious, well-equipped and has a lot of storage. The new owner added custom shelving, high-end stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop in addition to the granite countertops and hardwood floors.  
The master suite, located on the main floor, has a king-sized bed, an HD SmartTV, and sliding glass door access to the rear deck with hot tub. This primary suite is enhanced by custom touches, such as new furniture and light fixtures. It also features a solid wood track style barn door. The bathroom has a double vanity, granite countertop, two sinks under-mount, and a large walk-in shower.  
The expanded rear deck offers more outdoor living space. This is primarily for deck furniture including two loungers and two armchairs with cushions, as well as a sectional couch. They are complemented by side tables, and they sit under umbrellas. Outside the master bedroom, there is a gas barbecue, a dining table with chairs and an outdoor hot tub. It's a great spot to relax under the stars at night after a day of skiing or to enjoy the view. A heater can make those cold, crisp evenings more comfortable.  
Two large bedrooms flank each side of the home are located upstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized daybed with a twin-sized trundle underneath. This bedroom can accommodate up to four people. The other bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a comfortable chair. Both bedrooms upstairs have large HD Smart TVs and large windows for enjoying the mountain views. Both bedrooms upstairs are generously sized, with wood accent walls, wood floors, and area rugs to soften them. The central balcony with its custom-made natural branch balustrade is open to the great rooms and impressive views. The bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub and shower combination.  
The garage is accessible directly from the basement. This level has a large bunk room with a timber-framed, custom-built bunk bed that features a queen-sized lower bed and twin-sized top bed. The twin bed is perpendicular to the queen bed below, and set higher than normal beds. This allows guests using the queen-sized bed to not feel like they're in a bunk. This is a flexible, fun bedroom that can comfortably fit three (3) adults or children. The bunk bedroom has direct access to a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. A charming den and gaming room is available with a slate-top pool table, HD Smart TV mounted on the wall, and a cozy seating area. This includes a full-sized Jack-Knife Sleeper Sofa that can accommodate an additional guest.  
The front yard has been beautifully landscaped with mature hardwoods providing shade for the meditation bench and bird feeders. The lower level is accessed by an exterior door that leads to a rear court beneath the deck, and to the paved parking lot, where you can enjoy a game of basketball on the full-sized adjustable basketball goal. The wood-burning fireplace with Adirondack chairs is located down the path in the back yard.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
