Ace of Diamonds is a custom-built mountain modern house located at the top of Seven Devils, at more than 4,000 feet of elevation. There are four (4) bedrooms, and a loft that can accommodate three (3) people. There are four (4) bathrooms, all with modern, upscale amenities. Ace of Diamonds has ample parking for four (4) cars and easy access to front yard. The front door opens into a spacious floorplan with the kitchen, dining room, great room, living room and more. The custom craftsmanship is immediately apparent to guests. Custom features include a wood staircase with a live edge, hardwood floors, vaulted-ceilings, and a large stone fireplace. These features are secondary to the wall of glass doors and windows that lead to the outdoor deck. They frame the breathtaking long-range mountain views and flood the great rooms with light. The kitchen has been updated with granite counters and stainless appliances. The kitchen is equipped to serve a large crowd. Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, and standard coffee pots are all available for making coffee. The adjacent dining room has a banquet style table that can seat eight (8) people. There is also a kitchen island that can accommodate two (2) additional barstools. Up to ten (10) diners can eat together. The open staircase separates the great room. The living room features a large HD Smart Smart TV with a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable furniture and a long-range view of the mountains. Three bedrooms are located in the main floor. The master suite is on one side of the house. The master bedroom is large and has a King-size bed, HD Smart TV, and glass doors that lead out to the main deck. The master bathroom is a masterpiece. The bathroom is flooded with sunlight and has a vanity with granite counters and his-and-her sinks. There is a private water closet and a walk-in closet. The large shower is tiled and has frameless glass. On the opposite side of main floor, there are two additional King bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. One of the King bedrooms has an HD Smart TV with glass doors leading to the rear patio. You can access the full bathroom from here. It has a tub and shower, as well as a Bluetooth speaker that you can use to listen to your favorite music. This bathroom is also accessible from the main hall. The second King Bedroom features an HD SmartTV, a private bath with a tiled-shower and an ensuite bathroom. The staircase leading to the lower level is located in the middle of a large open area for entertaining and relaxing. On one side, you'll find an 8-foot slate pool table, a pingpong game, electronic darts and air hockey, and sliding glass doors that lead to the lower patio. On the other side, you'll find comfortable furniture arranged around a large HDSmartTV. The owners provided guests with a variety of family-friendly games and activities. The lower patio is level with the backyard and has a hot-tub, a picnictable, and a picnic table. The lower rear patio also has a wood-burning fire pit.
