Serendipity, a stunning 4 Bedroom, 4-Bathroom upscale mountain home, is located only a half mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway. It's also only 5 miles away from downtown Blowing Rock, 6 miles from Appalachian Ski Mountain, less than 7 miles from Boone and the Boone Golf Club, 8 miles from Appalachian State University, 15 miles south of Valle Crucis and its large riverfront community park, less than 20 minutes to Grandfather Mountain State Park with its Hiking Trails

This conveniently located vacation home is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, horseback riding, gem mining, sight-seeing, snow skiing/snow boarding/ice skating/snow tubing/sledding, and many other family-friendly attractions! Serendipity is surrounded by hiking, walking, and riding trails, including the famous Mountains to Sea Trail. Nearby are also numerous lakes and rivers for fishing, tubing and rafting. Enjoy the tranquility of this established mountain community, while being centrally located and convenient to Blowing Rock and Boone and all that the High Country offers!

Serendipity's approach is easy... all paved streets and a paved drive lead you to the home. Take advantage of one of only a few homes in the area that has an EV charger! The lower level exterior door is the easiest to access, but there are also exterior doors in the Dining area and Great Room on the main floor. The main floor features a large Great Room with a stacked-stone gas log fireplace, as well as a sitting area. This room also extends out and around, offering numerous seating and entertaining areas. A galley-style kitchen is equipped to cook and serve meals for a large group! A convenient coffee bar is located across from the Kitchen. It has a small refrigerator and plenty of counter space to set up a buffet-style meal, a beverage station or other activities. The dining room off the Kitchen has a banquet-style table that can seat up 10 guests. There is also a four-seater table in the great-room, which can be used for overflow seating. A gas grill and a six-person outdoor dining table are located just outside the Dining Room. The numerous decks offer additional outdoor seating to accommodate as many guests as you need. The main level also has a large hot tub where guests can enjoy the sun, the stars, and the priceless mountain views.

The main level also boasts two bedroom Suites - each with a King bed, HDTVs and full EnSuite bathroom! These two bedroom suites have their own covered decks, with outdoor seating and views.

The Master Suite is located upstairs. It has a King bed and amazing views. There is also a private Juliette rooftop deck with comfortable lounging furniture. On the upper level, there is also a loft with comfortable furniture and a Twin daybed and Twin trundle for extra sleeping.

The lower level has a fun game area with a shuffleboard and a MultiCade tabletop arcade with dozens of fun games, both old and new. This is sure to be a big hit with adults and children alike! The game room has a large HD Smart TV mounted on the wall for watching ballgames or connecting gaming consoles. The lower level has a fourth bedroom suite with two Twin beds and two Twin trundle bed for extra sleeping space, an EnSuite bathroom, HDTV and its own private view deck. The lower level also has a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Serendipity offers a hot tub, a huge fireplace, a fun game room and four bedroom suites, each with their own HDTV, private deck and EnSuite bathroom. It also has full climate control, including heat and air conditioning, throughout. Serendipity's owners have furnished and equipped this special mountain retreat with unmatched care and quality. CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. You may be able to recover the full amount if you purchased travel insurance and the reason for cancellation was covered.
