Top of the Hill is a lovely 2BR/2BA home located at the top of Seven Devils. It offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys all year round. This central location is just one mile away from Hawks Nest Snow Tubing Resort and Zip Lines Resort. Otter Falls, Otter Falls Trail, Seven Devils Town Park, with playground, tennis courts, picnic area and more. Blowing Rock and Boone, both located within 11 miles of each other, and the town Banner Elk only 8 miles from each other. The village of Valle Crucis and its riverfront park are within 10 miles. The original historic Mast General Store is also less than 10 minutes away. Top of the Hill is a great place to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The patio has a wood-burning Solo Stove with a wood-burning gas grill.

The living room is aesthetically pleasing with plenty of seating, pillows and a flat screen tv. It also has a gas log fireplace. The open kitchen is perfect for cooking and the dining room seats six. The entire space is surrounded with windows that look out to the mountain view. The outdoor patio is a favorite with cushioned wicker furniture, a wood burning Solo Stove, and a gas barbecue located near the hot-tub, with Grandfather Mountain as a backdrop.

The king-size master suite comes with a TV and a private bathroom with a step-in shower, a vanity area for make-up and a washer and dryer. The queen bedroom, located across the hall, also has a flat screen mounted tv with a natural décor. The queen-size sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee in one of the quiet deck nooks while taking in the view.

Other amenities include central heating, air conditioning, Wi Fi and tvs with Netflix streaming. The road is paved and has curves and inclines. 4WD or AWD is recommended for winter travel. The gravel driveway leads to a parking area above the house. Wide stone steps lead down to the covered patio. This cabin does not allow pets.
