This Asheville vacation rental is located in Leicester and is approximately 35 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,603ft above sea level. Important Property Notes • Amenities Not Provided with your Reservation This property does not have a washer/dryer available, and does not provide linens/towels/blankets. Please bring your own linens to fit 1 Queen bed and 3 Twin Beds, along with blankets and enough towels to accommodate your stay. Kitchenette does not come with an oven, stove, or dishwasher. An electric hot plate, mini-fridge, and coffee maker are provided for your enjoyment. This property is naturally cooled in the summer. While there is no central A/C, the home is usually kept very pleasant by the shade and covered front porch. Baseboard heating available (on/off only, no temperature control) and a wood stove to keep you warm on chilly nights. Guests will need to be prepared to use these features to regulate the temperature level. • Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. • No Mountain Discovery Pass Please note that Doggett Cabin does NOT include the Mountain Discovery Pass (the included Biltmore Ticket, Skiing Pass, or other seasonal activities). Property Cancellation Policy Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 31 days prior to arrival.
