Grab your slice of Topsail heaven today! ***Our listing says no pets, but people seem not to understand that this does not include them. Please don't ask. The no-pet policy is firm. ***Enter a grand living area with comfortable couches, lounge chairs and a 55 Roku Smart TV. A well-stocked, fully equipped kitchen is just around the corner. It has a dining room that seats eight. Want to eat outdoors? There is a large back deck and a larger back yard with bbq grills and picnic tables. The bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and a 32 Roku TV. It shares a bathroom with the bedroom 2, which also sleeps two in a Queen bed with its own TV. The bedroom on the other side has a queen-sized bed, its own tv, and the washer/dryer in the room. South Topsail, a laid-back community with beautiful beaches and a family-friendly atmosphere, is a wonderful place to live. You won't want leave the beach if it's sunny! We are a short hop, skip, and jump away from the downtown/boardwalk, which includes ice cream, restaurants, and shopping. We are also close to the Jolly Roger Pier and the missile Museum. Surf City is only a short drive from the hotel. Wilmington, a beautiful city just 40 miles south, has plenty to offer, including Museums, Battleship North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher Restaurants & more! Jacksonville is located 20 miles north. We're near LeJeune's South gate. This apartment has a coffee/tea maker. Bathrooms have showers.
