Casa Carroll is an attractive, single-level cottage on the Lake Lure shoreline. It has a well-appointed and cozy interior. It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a quiet, peaceful retreat. Wi-Fi Internet is available and there are 2 Smart TVs. This home is located 6.8 miles from the Beach at Lake Lure. It's also 8.1 miles from Chimney Rock state park and 18.5 miles away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

The sunroom is the first thing you see when you enter. You walk through the front door and find a spacious living area with a sofa that can be used as a bed, a small kitchen with an island and large glass windows that allow the lake and mountains to spill into the cottage.

The king-size bedroom bed is perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the lake. There is also a bathroom that can be accessed from both the bedroom and living area. The sofa can be converted into a queen-size mattress if you need to accommodate additional guests.

The dock is a great spot to sit, dangle your toes in the water, or bring your boat on the lake. (For more information about boating regulations see the boating regulations).

Lake Lure Beauty Year-RoundThis home is perfect in every season. In the spring, the bushes and trees along the long drive and on the shady lot will start to fill with leaves. The summer weather is generally great in the area. Autumn is a popular time to visit the area because of the spectacular colors. The colors are even more stunning when reflected in the lake. In winter, the absence of leaves will reveal a completely new landscape.

The Lake Lure/Chimney rock area and its surrounding communities offer so much, including shopping, restaurants, and outdoor adventures that you and your family will never forget. Amenities and Notes are just a few of the many amenities available.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.

All of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. Parking for 1 or 2 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, or any time after. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.
