Come and enjoy the good life in "The Good House", a lakefront rental on the private waters Lake Lanier. Lake Lanier is approximately 150 acres.

The Good House is the perfect property for couples or small families who want a relaxing, luxurious vacation.

The property has a cozy bedroom that features a queen-sized bed and looks out onto a large, grassy yard. There are many places to sit down and have a conversation. Enjoy the view of the water from the living area, the spacious deck with outdoor seating, and the large screened in porch. You'll create memories that you'll cherish for the rest your life.

The Good House has everything you need, but nothing more. The Good House has one bathroom, a small dining area, a kitchen with seating for four, and a queen size pull-out couch.

Come to fish? You'll probably catch Largemouth, Striped and Spotted Bass.

Want to explore? Tryon has many parks and vineyards. You can also visit the shops or restaurants in the area. Landrum has several options for shopping for antiques or collectibles, as well as several good restaurants.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the fall and holiday seasons. This will not affect LAKE LANIER or the smaller Lakes in the area. Only Lake Lure.

All of our vacation rentals are smoke-free. This home and property does not allow pets. Parking for up to four vehicles.Check-in is at 4:00 pm local time, or any time after. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local or earlier.
