TranquiliTee Retreat is a luxurious retreat nestled at the end a long private driveway, on a quiet cul de sac, overlooking the verdant fairway of Apple Valley Golf Course, and the mountainous terrain behind. You'll feel more luxurious with each step you take when you enter the spacious foyer. The spacious and private office is located to the left of the entry. It can be used for a variety situations: homeschooling or remote working, completing college and virtual high-school assignments, research, and writing, whether for work or pleasure. The list goes on... It is a very large and spacious suite that can be used as a private retreat. The bedroom is elegantly appointed and opens to a deck that includes a fire table, chairs and a high-top table with chairs. You can relax and enjoy the view on the deck. The ensuite bathroom is spa-like: beautiful finishes, a luxurious soaking tub and a huge tile walk-in-shower. Can a bathroom become a destination that is beyond necessity? Yes, here, without exception! Each bathroom is so different that you will feel like you have visited several locations rather than just one! The main ensuite bathroom, as well as every other bathroom, has five-star-PLUS amenities. In the grand kitchen, there is a lot of stone counter space and a high-gloss, epoxy-coated wood countertop with carved live edges. A high-end stove, beautiful cabinets with custom tile backsplash and a large, state-of-the art refrigerator combine to create an Eden-like gourmet garden. The vast majority of holes are either flat or downhill. It stretches to 6,800 yards at the tips and has hosted many championships and tournaments. Apple Valley is a very playable course with five sets tees, starting at 4,617 yard and subtle green complexes. The greens are gently undulating. The environment is powerful. AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.
