Inspired by the vibrant colors- from the cotton candy pink entry way, to the white washed wood flooring in the living area to the stained concrete floors in the kitchen. Gardens in the back of the home are like no other on Marco. Full of lucious vegetation and all sorts of colorful flora make for a most relaxing vacation. Wide water views, dock and lift, heated pool and a private out door shower. A Key West inspired chickee hut near the water's edge makes for a relaxing and inviting space.
Great views of the water and the gardens as you walk through the front door and into the main room. A few steps further into the home and you come to the kitchen and family room creating a great room where the whole family can enjoy without feeling crowded.
This property is also equipped with 3 bicycles and a stroller for your convenience.
You will feel so relaxed after vacationing in this 4 bedroom 2 full bath and 2 half baths home away from home that you will want to come back again and again.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payments

Payment can be made by credit card, check or e- check. Booking must be paid in full prior to arrival. Keys will not be handed out if there is no payment on file.

Check In:

Check in is at 4pm during high season. We do call guests if properties are ready prior to check in time but we do not guarantee that the property will be ready early. We highly suggest not to purchase groceries prior to checking to see if property is ready as we do not hand out key packets unless the property is ready.

Check Out:

Check out is strictly at 10AM. During season it is very difficult to offer extensions for late check out due to other guests arriving on the same day and cleaners having to prepare properties for the next guest arrival.

Required Stay

Required stay is 7 night minimum. This property does not allow for weekend stays.

Lodging Tax(es)

Tax rate is 11%

Cancellation Policy

Guest and owner can cancel reservation at any time outside 60 days of arrival with no penalty. If guest happens to cancel and did not elect the travel insurance then monies may not be refunded unless the property is able to be rented for the same time period and same rate.
If owner cancels (rare occasion) Clausen Properties, Inc will do all we can to find alternate accommodations of like kind.

Other Fees

There is a cleaning fee of $275 and a security deposit waiver fee of $69 that covers up to $3000 of unintentional damage.
