The vibrant colors are a result of the bright entryway in cotton candy pink, the white washed wooden flooring in the living room, and the stained concrete floors inside the kitchen. The gardens at the back of the house are unlike any other on Marco. You will enjoy a relaxing vacation with lush vegetation and colorful flowers. The property boasts a dock and lift, large water views, a heated pool and an outdoor shower. The chickee hut, which is Key West-inspired, is located near the water's edge and makes for a comfortable and welcoming space. The main room has great views of the garden and water as you enter through the front door. You will find the family room and the kitchen a few steps further inside the home. This room is great for the whole family to enjoy without feeling crowded. For your convenience, the property also includes 3 bicycles and a stroller. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath home away from home will make you feel so relaxed that you'll want to return again and again. ALL FURNISHINGS AND AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHANGE AT ANY TIMES WITHOUT NOTICE. The BOAT LIFT is not available for guest use without the consent of the owner and a liability waiver signed


Vacation Rental Policies

Payments

Payment can be made by credit card, check or e- check. Booking must be paid in full prior to arrival. Keys will not be handed out if there is no payment on file.

Check In:

Check in is at 4pm during high season. We do call guests if properties are ready prior to check in time but we do not guarantee that the property will be ready early. We highly suggest not to purchase groceries prior to checking to see if property is ready as we do not hand out key packets unless the property is ready.

Check Out:

Check out is strictly at 10AM. During season it is very difficult to offer extensions for late check out due to other guests arriving on the same day and cleaners having to prepare properties for the next guest arrival.

Required Stay

Required stay is 7 night minimum. This property does not allow for weekend stays.

Lodging Tax(es)

Tax rate is 11%

Cancellation Policy

Guest and owner can cancel reservation at any time outside 60 days of arrival with no penalty. If guest happens to cancel and did not elect the travel insurance then monies may not be refunded unless the property is able to be rented for the same time period and same rate.
If owner cancels (rare occasion) Clausen Properties, Inc will do all we can to find alternate accommodations of like kind.

Other Fees

There is a cleaning fee of $275 and a security deposit waiver fee of $69 that covers up to $3000 of unintentional damage.
