Gorgeous, 3 bedroom, plus den, 2 bath waterfront home with a heated pool and spa. This spacious home is immediately welcoming with an open floor plan and fresh new furnishings. The kitchen boasts Bosch stainless steel appliances as well as ample storage and counter space. From the breakfast nook one can enjoy their morning coffee while taking in waterfront views. There is also a breakfast bar in which the family can converse while meals are prepared. The beautiful formal dining room comfortably accommodates 6 guests. This stunning home has all of the amenities one could wish for. The living room has a large 51-inch flat screen TV and top-of-the-line Blu-ray player. The den has a queen pull-out and 39-inch flat screen TV. The master with waterfront views has a generous king-size bed with a wall mounted 32-inch flat screen. There is also an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaker tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are also equipped with 32-inch flat screens and enjoy two twins and a queen respectively. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower which is also accessible from the lanai. The extraordinary lanai with modern furniture, an outdoor sink, and gas grill is perfect for entertaining. The pool area also enjoys optimal southwestern exposure for plenty of afternoon sun. Last but not least, boating enthusiasts have access to the dock, lift is not operational. There are also five beach cruisers with helmets available for use. This vacation home has it all and is sure to provide a retreat in paradise!
