There is a full bathroom with walk in shower adjacent to the living area.  The master bedroom suite features a king bed, en suite bath with separate vanity area and sliding doors leading to an adorable private, enclosed patio with 2 chaise lounge chairs.  

The kitchen is fully stocked and open to the dining area. The kitchen/dining area is lit by natural lighting that flows in from the windows leading out to the waterfront covered patio.  Such a cheery space that will make you feel relaxed and renewed.  Four dining room seats have a spectacular view of the marina.  The sunset views from here are absolutely unrivaled!  Step outside to the patio and enjoy the tranquility from the Adirondack chairs.  A new propane grill is provided for all your BBQ favorites.  There is also a full size washer/dryer in the condo.



This is a pet friendly property.  There is even a furniture style pet crate in the master bedroom for your dogs' safety and comfort while you are away.   A separate Pet Agreement must be signed and there is a non-refundable Pet Fee applied.



This is a gated community with it's own neighborhood pool directly across from the condo.  PLEASE NOTE: This property is approximately .8 mile from the Seabrook Island gate house.  Take advantage of the access to Seabrook Island and explore the 3.5 miles of pristine beaches. You will also have access to the Seabrook Island Lake House with fitness center, library, and indoor/outdoor pools. Additional fees apply.  Grab a bike and ride along the path into Freshfields Village or just stay put and savor the coastal life from this picture perfect condo. 



Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.



For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:

For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
