Property Description

This traditional, simple coastal home is tucked away in a quiet west side neighborhood, but it's more like a hidden secret. The Sisters Place provides a very comfortable vacation getaway residence in a spectacular bluff-top setting with endless views of our unique Gualala coastal scenery.

This single level home offers tremendous views from living area and master bedroom. The deck is nearly at the edge of the bluff and is the perfect place to lose yourself in the sights, sounds, and fragrance of this oceanside location.

Three bedrooms and two baths allow up to a maximum of 8 total including children, not more than 6 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a slider to the ocean deck. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. The hall bathroom has a tub and shower.

The kitchen has an electric stove and lots of room for cooking. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and enjoys the same lovely views. Enjoy a puzzle or board game, a warm fire, and time to slow down. We trust you will enjoy your visit to this sweet family home!

Dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee.

Due to water conservation in effect, we do not make beds. Please make up ONLY the bed(s) you'll use to minimize unnecessary laundry loads. Clean linens will be bagged in each room.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES

Maximum number of vehicles shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway.
Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 7am every day.

11% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.
