Serenity can sleep up to 10 guests and the generous layout includes two living rooms and two king suites, making it perfect for large families, groups, or multiple couples with plenty of privacy for everyone.

The chef in your group will love the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy casual dining on the intimate, but spacious back patio complete with a firepit (each guest is responsible for their propane tank) and a gas grill. There are also multiple balconies for enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of vino while reveling in a spectacular gulf coast sunset. For your evening entertainment, the owners of Serenity have included a wifi video game console and a variety of board games.

When you’re ready to hit our beautiful, white, sandy beaches there’s a beach cart, a rolling beach cooler, and eight beach chairs available. If you need a break from the sun and sand, Serenity is a short walk or bike ride to the popular boutiques, cafes and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center. Just follow the Timpoochee bike trail that runs parallel to scenic highway 30A. Without a doubt, Serenity is the perfect place to celebrate your family’s beach holiday.

Please note: the homeowner’s association for this property has a strict 2-car per house policy. If additional vehicles are required for your journey, please inquire with our office regarding additional parking at no charge.

Vacation Rental Policies

A maximum of two trained pets are permitted in the pet friendly properties. Some pet-friendly properties have maximum weight and breed requirements – please contact Dune Allen Realty regarding your pet. Upon management’s approval, a $200 non-refundable pet fee will be required for pet stays. Pet owners will be held financially responsible for any damage or additional cleaning that may be necessary due to pets. Guests who violate this policy will be immediately evicted with forfeiture of all payments received. Please note, dogs are not allowed on the beaches without a special permit from Walton County.
