'The Providence' is an intersection of architecture, comfort and new technology in a series of five luxury condo units. This unit encompasses a new boutique residence by featuring a second-floor private pool, fifth-floor rooftop terrace with expansive gulf views and an outdoor wet bar, and a stunning interior that is 7,372 square feet.
Luxury living begins on the base floor with dedicated covered parking for two vehicles and private residential entry via the elevator or stairwell. The second floor of this unit boasts luxury with a stunning living space complete with a spacious den, luxury appliances in the kitchen, a grand dining area, and a wet bar. This residence offers balconies on the east wing and an outdoor living space on the west wing. The outdoor living space features a pool, fireplace, and gas grill to complete your retreat.
Take the elevator to the third floor to find the first bunk room featuring a seating area and access the shared balcony. The next guest bedroom to follow accesses the shared balcony and offers an ensuite bath. Following the guest bedroom, find the laundry room, which features a high-end Electrolux 27" Washer/Dryer with access to a laundry chute. The east wing highlights the master suite with private his and her closets/bathrooms, personal studio area, and a covered balcony.
The unit extends to the fourth floor where you will find a bunk room and three king guest bedrooms all with their own ensuite baths. You will also be treated to an open lounge space, perfect for watching your favorite moving after a long day of swimming in the private pool.
Visit the rooftop terrace by taking the spiral staircase located on the fourth floor. This final floor features a covered area in the middle and is open on both the east and west end creating expansive gulf views for all guests. The fifth floor does feature an outdoor wet bar and a half bathroom. The private, residential elevator does service all floors of the luxury condo.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
