The kitchen is tucked away at the back of the house on the right. A large screen porch is beyond the dining area at the back of the house with plenty of seating and extra dining space. There are two bedrooms with a connecting bath(tub/shower combination) on the right side of the house. The front bedrooom has a twin and a queen bed. This is the only bedroom with a TV. The back right bedroom has a twin and a queen also. On the left side of the house are 3 more bedrooms. The bunk room is at the back of the house and opens onto the screen porch. The middle bedroom has a twin and a queen size bed and a connecting bath(tub/shower) with the front master bedroom(king size bed). You will have plenty of room for family, friends, and pet in this large home with easy beach access.
The home even has it's own RO water system and Enclosed H/C Outside Shower ,huge screened porch. No Smoking, No Linens, Pets allowed with non-refundable pet fee. This home rents for weeks only during June-July-August. Will rent for shorter staysfrom Sept - May.
