Property Description
You enter the house into the large great room with the kitchen on the left. The open living and dining area have plenty of room for the whole family. Right off the Great Room is a large screen porch with views of a small lagoon. There is plenty of seating and dining areas on the screen porch to enjoy during your stay. Each side of the house has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has a private bath. Downstairs there is really large screen area with lots of seating. The elevator gives you access from the ground level to the main level. No Smoking, No Pets and No Linens, No Golf Carts, Boats or trailers allowed. Security Deposit or non-refundable Damage Waiver, Optional Departure Cleaning and Optional Travel Ins. are also available.
Ocean Ridge is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 pools, workout room, beach tram-seasonal, tours, Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a Amenities Fee. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto-look for blue mail box- with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street.
