To secure a reservation at Vista Lodge, guests must provide their desired dates and the number of occupants in order to proceed with the booking process. Once these details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Guests can book their stay directly through our website or by contacting our friendly customer service team. We understand the need for flexibility, and therefore, we offer a generous cancellation policy. Guests can cancel their reservation up to 60 days before their stay for a full refund, minus a small administration fee. For cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. We aim to provide a seamless booking experience, allowing guests the freedom to plan their dream getaway with ease.
